Italian Cooking Lessons on the Flegrea Coast with beautiful view of the island of Ischia. This lesson will be taught on a farm; where rabbits, chickens, peas, fruit and grapes are grown for fresh Italian cooking. You will be learning and cooking with Mamma Angela, who has over 30 years of experience. Individual lessons and group lessons are available. Lessons are offered in the morning from 9:30-10ish until Noon. Price is $25 an hour and includes lesson, enjoying the meal you prepared on the farm along with water and wine.
