Hi, my Landlord asked me to put a good word in for a villa he would like to rent in Lago Patria. I am glad to do it because he is a good man. If you do not mind living 25/30 minutes from Capo and SS and you want to find a villa in the area, my parco is the best you can find. Very family oriented, green and clean (kids run around safely and do not bother you at all). There is a swimmg pool you and your family can use 3 months a year.Villa is located 1 km from International school of lago, the British School and few more schools; 1 km from two italian Supermarkets. 1km from the beach ( I went last summer and the water was surprsingly clean!).
The landlors has some workers in his house right now: this is the best time, as he said, to make changes to your villa (add stuff, paint it the way you like it, and so).He lives right next to you and he is always available to help out. Villa has 3 stories: 1st floor:basement, 2nd floor: living room with kitchen, fireplace and one bathroom, 3rd floor: 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms upstairs. Big balconies, big patio. Dogs allowed. Two cars and more. Big but not huge, easy to warm up. Parco is guarded 24/7. Since I am not a realtor, I cannot pick you up. So, if you are interested, we will have to meet in Lago, main street (the four lines street, maybe at the Party house Bar?).About the price, just make an offer. Let me know if you are interested!
